These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Turnkey Events website (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

What the Site is (and isn’t)

The Site provides information about Turnkey Events and allows you to contact us.

Submitting a form, booking time via Calendly, or emailing us does not create a client relationship. If you hire Turnkey Events, the scope, fees, deliverables, timelines, and cancellation/payment terms (if applicable) will be set out in a separate written agreement (proposal, statement of work, contract, or invoice terms).

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for unlawful purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
• Disrupt the Site, introduce malware, or scrape content automatically
• Submit false or misleading information through forms or scheduling

Intellectual property

All content on the Site—including text, layout, brand elements, logos, and graphics—is owned by Turnkey Events or used with permission and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business reference, but you may not reproduce or distribute Site content for commercial use without written permission.

Third-party tools and links

The Site uses third-party tools such as Typeform (forms), Calendly (scheduling), and GA4 (analytics). We may also use Mailchimp for email communications when enabled. These services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Turnkey Events is not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate and current, but we do not guarantee the Site will always be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Turnkey Events will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Turnkey Events harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
